CHELSEA MONTGOMERY-DUBAN

Chelsea Montgomery-Duban has been a valuable member of the Duban Sattler and Associates team, in her early years as an inspiration, and now as a productive team player that helps to seek out the many avenues for corporate giving.

She single handedly brought to everyone’s attention the needs and enlightened approach of The Ubuntu Foundation in South Africa for education and training rather than the common approach of money and handouts.

She also reached out to the Wild Ginger Orchestra to enhance the culture of our community through beautiful music. She inspired her family to give to the San Juan Preservation Trust in Washington State to create a protected park now known as the Montgomery-Duban Headlands, in her honor.

Through the Chelsea Austin Foundation she continues to seek out arenas to give back to the world in which she feels extremely blessed. She continues her work part time at the office and from her home when she isn’t studying ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical and ballroom dance as well as voice.
