JUNE J. VINCI

June J. Vinci is a registered representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. an independent full service broker-dealer providing comprehensive financial services, investment advice and brokerage services. June works exclusively with Sattler Duban Capital Management, specializing in assisting individual investors, private business owners and corporations with their retirement, estate and business planning needs. June’s diverse financial background enables her to design and perform portfolio analysis, implementing investment strategies that work towards the investor’s optimum objectives and goals.

June started her financial career in 1983 as a bond trader at Prudential Bach Securities in New York City. June relocated to Southern California with Integrated Resources Equity Corporation in 1988 as a branch office examiner, conducting compliance visits to over 100 branch offices in the Western United States and in 1991, she opened a comprehensive financial services practice in Newport Beach, California, working closely within the CPA marketplace. In 2001, June joined the firm working with Dennis L. Duban, CPA and Troy L. Sattler, CPA to facilitate their financial services platform. June is currently a Certified Financial Planner with Sattler Duban Capital Management and enjoys working with Dennis and Troy in their role as “Trusted Advisors” to their clients. 

June currently holds the following security licenses: Series 7, 24, 63, 65 as well as an active California Life and Health Insurance license. Additionally, June has a Certification in Financial Planning from New York University and attended the University of Alabama and New York University, majoring in Finance and Economics.

June was appointed to the FINRA Arbitration Board for Los Angeles and San Diego in January of 2000 and is currently an active FINRA Arbitrator. She was a board member for the Investment, Banking and Audit Committee for the city of Laguna Niguel, California for a two-year term in 2000-2001. 

June was born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island, New York and she and her husband currently live in beautiful Laguna Niguel, California where they raise their two sons Nicholas and Joseph.
